Wire Laying Operator

Responsibilities

·Feed fiberglass yarn and raw materials to keep weaving and coating lines running smoothly
·Adjust tension and line speed per process requirements; replace spools and handle breaks promptly
·Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe workstation
·Complete shift production and quality records with the team leader

Requirements

·Aged 18–50, in good health, able to work standing in a factory environment
·Careful, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team
·Experience in textile, cable, or fiberglass wire laying preferred; training provided for newcomers

Cutting Operator

Responsibilities

·Cut finished insulation sleeving to specified lengths per customer orders
·Verify dimensions with tape measures and calipers to meet requirements
·Bundle, label, and hand over finished products for warehousing
·Mark and isolate defective items; assist with quality spot checks

Requirements

·Aged 18–50, quick and careful, with a strong sense of responsibility
·Able to read simple work orders and dimension specs; basic measuring tool skills
·Experience in sleeving, wire, or cutting roles preferred; training provided for newcomers

Resin Coating Operator

Responsibilities

·Prepare and apply silicone resin or rubber compound during fiberglass sleeving coating
·Control mix ratio, coating thickness, and line speed per process sheets for even coverage
·Monitor bath level and temperature; refill compound and keep equipment and area clean
·Complete shift process records and report coating defects promptly

Requirements

·Aged 18–50, in good health, able to work in a factory coating environment
·Careful, steady, and responsible; able to follow operating procedures
·Experience in coating, chemical mixing, or fiberglass resin application preferred; training provided
